    CJM is a Christian ministry focused on Jesus. The bible and the teachings of Jesus leads us in empowering, equipping, restoring, releasing and mentoring the body of Christ into a level of intimacy with Jesus that will prepare us all for his return! Complete Joy began in June 2007 by its founder, Mildred (Millie) Yamasaki. Millie is a licensed Foursquare Pastor having attended Oregon College of Ministry in Gresham, Oregon in 2004, graduating with a Pastoral degree.

    In 2012 Complete Joy became, Complete Joy Ministries as we take the step to become non-profit going under the umbrella of Serving Our Neighbors in 2013.

    Millie meets with clients personally, by phone and on Skype helping them to deal with trauma and lives issues while working to encourage a stronger relationship with God. She does all this by donation.

    Millie leads the Going Up to the High places intercession program on 1330AM the Truth every Sunday Morning from 6 - 7am.

    CJM has several branches, Complete Joy Anointing Oils, Glory and Worship Flags, and sponsors an annual Wilderness Retreat as well as sponsoring a Scholarship for Christian Worship Pastors. We hope to add a scholarship for Christian Counselors in the future. We also have CJM Publishing providing biblical materials for the body of Christ!

    We look for the Lord to fulfill our vision to open the first CJM ministry and counseling centers providing a place for people to be empowered, equipped, restored, released and mentored.
