The Tinker Beach House Raffle
Your support of the Christian Chamber Northwest could win you a two night stay at The Tinker House & The Tinker Guest House in Long Beach, Washington (a Value of $1,545)!
Dave Freeman of MinAssist & The Tinker Houses has generously offered to raffle their beach houses in support of our efforts to support small businesses and help create at least 1,000 new jobs in our local communities. He also offered to give $100 OFF on a future rental to everyone that buys a ticket! The Houses must be utilized within one year & not during the Peak Season or Holidays, unless additional nights are added.
Tickets cost $25 each (5 for $100) and only 399 tickets will be sold! You can order your tickets online or in person at any of our Christian Chamber Northwest meetings. You must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license to win the beach houses.
The Raffle drawing will be held at the end of our December 18th Greater Portland "Lunch & Learn" & you need not be present to win. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
The Tinker House and the Tinker Guest House are within walking distance to both the beach (3 minutes) and downtown Long Beach (5 minutes). They are the ideal choice for your vacation, retreat or family gathering & both house sleep up to 20 people! This Historic House was built and owned by the founding family of Long Beach, Washington.
THE TINKER HOUSE: The house is beautifully appointed with antiques and period pieces, and all of the modern amenities (laundry, dishwasher, micro wave, DVD player, WIFI, and satellite TV). Kitchen, 2 sunrooms, 4 bed rooms and 4 baths. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Outside enjoy the great full wrap around porch and outdoor fire pit.
Now add the TINKER GUEST HOUSE just across the courtyard with it's huge open area containing large kitchen, gas fireplace, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, WIFI, and combined dining, meeting, gathering area, and two bathrooms. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, a bath, and a small loft sleeping area. The Tinker Guest House can easily sleep 10 people and seat 20 people.
