Cullis ?James? Autry is the Executive Director & Community Collaborator (2008 to present) for Serving Our Neighbors & was one of its Founders, when SON began in 1999 as a Strategic Planning Committee of Portland?s leading Faith and Business Leaders throughout the greater Portland / Vancouver metro area. In 2008, SON helped to launch the Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest (wherein James served as the Executive Director, Membership Director & Office Manager from 2010-2016). Prior to these assignments, James served as the Station Manager, Sales Manager, Programming Director & Promotions Director (from 1998-2010) for Crawford Broadcasting?s Portland Radio Station, KPBC 16040 AM, KKSL 1290 AM & KKPZ 1330 AM. James volunteers throughout the year for the Mayor of Portland, as Chair (2016 to present) of the Portland Sister Cities Coalition, President (2015 to present) of the Portland Ashkelon Sister City Association, on the Advisory Board (2016 to present) of BESThq, and in past as Oregon State Coordinator (2000-2014) for the National Day of Prayer and was on the Board (2015-2018) of Good Samaritan Ministries. In 2020, James ran for Portland City Commissioner, Position #1.James Autry grew up in Camilla, a small town in South, Georgia and in the summer of 1982, he toured the United States and Northern Europe (Germany, Denmark & Sweden) with Continental Singers. From 1983 to 1987, James earned his BBA in Marketing Management at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, wherein he created various student organizations on & off campus. He has traveled to 49 States (except for Alaska), as well as in Canada (1992) and Mexico (in 2017) & the State of Israel (in 1998, 2005 & 2010). In 1987, James worked at the Opryland Hotel, wherein two years later at a Full Gospel Business Men?s Fellowship International's National Convention, he met their leadership & in 1990 moved to California to work at their World Headquarters Office under the direction of their Founder and International President, Demos Shakarian. In 1991, he was promoted to Ministry Services Coordinator, overseeing the work of their worldwide Chapter, Membership & Event Services Departments, which included coordinating their World Conventions in Orlando (?91), San Francisco (?92) and Boston (?93). In 1993 James moved to Colorado Springs, CO to work with Foundation For Israel, wherein many doors were open for service to the local community & it?s leaders.
In 1994, James? wife, Susan Lynn Conley, was transferred from Red Lion Hotels - National Sales Office in Vancouver, WA to being a Sales Manager for their Hotel & Convention Center in Modesto, CA, wherein they met in 1995 at the FGBMFI?s Northern California Convention. James & Susan were married in 1996 and moved to Portland, Oregon to begin his work for Crawford Broadcasting Company?s Portland Radio stations and she was transferred to the Jantzen Beach - Red Lion Hotel. Susan was then hired as a Sales Manager (1999-2004) for The Portland Hilton & Executive Towers, then promoted to Assistant Director of Sales (2004-2006) and Director of Sales & Marketing (2006-2008) for the Hilton Vancouver & Convention Center. In July 2000, they had their first son, James William ?Will?, their 2nd son, Jonathan ?Oliver? in 2001 and then their 3rd son, Justin Alexander ?Alec? Lynn Autry in 2008, wherein Susan now enjoys being a ?Mom? (cooking & reading), wherein she was promoted to ?Soccer Coach? in 2017.

Lynn Hare is a trainer, Christian Life Coach and author. Her mission is to activate a million possibilitarians around the world. As we get to know the Holy Spirit, we learn more about His empowerment, purpose, and possibilities. And with fresh expectations, we activate others? destinies on their journeys too.
Lynn is a four-time Cascade Writing Award winner and author of the award-winning book, The Quest for Self-Forgiveness. An enthusiastic trainer, coach and certified teacher, she equips people with tools for reaching goals with clarity in personal and business success. She has published over 100 devotions, inspirational articles and poetry in numerous Christian periodicals, like Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Spirit of America, The Upper Room, Pathways to God, The Secret Place, The Christian Communicator, God?s Word for Today, LIVE, Now What? and The Christian Journal.
Lynn is a certified teacher with 30+ years of teaching in public schools and serves on the Board of Serving Our Neighbors in Portland. She has prayed with thousands of people 1-on-1. She also serves on global teams creating international humanitarian projects. Among them are training centers that equip people around the world to grow in Christ and activate their Kingdom assignments. She is a former member of Graham Cooke?s worldwide prayer team, The Warrior Class and taught Kids Church at C3 Church in Portland, OR. She and her husband of 40 years, Tim, have lived in Portland, OR and they have three adult kids and three precious grandkids.
