Bud earned his BA & MBA University of Northwestern, St. Paul, attended Western Seminary & is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School. As CEO, he took Moda Health from 23 employees and $4 million in annual revenue to $500 million and laid the foundation for it to become a $3 billion company today. Bud currently teaches online business courses in two distinct universities, including Corban University in Salem and has developed a Corporate Strategic Planning course exclusively for our Partners.
Bud was baptized at age eight and redeemed at 16 stating, “I am a lifelong learner, lover of Jesus, and believer that business is as much a mission field as ministry. My highest privilege is to help small to medium size businesses find a way to do planning in a meaningful manner to maximize business activities and to create success that accomplishes the purposes of God.”

Larry holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound. He has taught at the University of Guam (Systems Analysis), George Fox University (Advertising and Public Relations), Mt. Hood Community College and Portland Community College (Public Speaking).
