This month's Business Development Group Forum features Mike Day with OTAK CPM . . . DOWNLOAD Mike's DAYisms Booklet

"Our mission is to provide high-integrity leadership, always acting from the client’s perspective. We listen and then lead from humility with kindness and empathy, always speaking truth to create a culture of honor and respect."
Recently, Mike & his team managed the complex process of remodeling the Portland Building, a $195 million, multi-year project of moving more than 700 city employees to other work spaces, completely gutting the interior of the building, as well as transforming the it from very dark & sickly place to work into one of them most light-filled work space in the city of Portland, all the while maintaining it's historical landmark recognition. (Watch the project report that Jon Nyone shared for us in Oct 2021). They also just finished the brand new $274 million, Multnomah County Courthouse at the west end of the historic Hawthrone Bridge and is currently working on the $387 million dollar remodel of Multnomah County's Public Libraries (including a brand new Operations Center), all the while being a man of faith and strategically sharing his faith as the Holy Spirit leads!
