Join us for an artist reception for Destiny Poythress!
Destiny is known for the emotional impact of her work, her re-creations of photographs such as pieces from the Depression Era photographer, Dorthea Lange collection, as well as stunning portrait re-creations. Her body of work also includes many of original content. She is an Oregon native.
Destiny will be speaking to the group regarding the pieces she has chosen for the show & refreshments will be provided.
For those who cannot attend the opening, Destiny’s work will be on display for the month of August at Barnes and Noble, located at 1163 Valley River Center in Eugene.
