WOW! What an amazing year 2026 is turning out to be with so many answered prayers (from the past 30 to 50+ years & more)!!!!! And The Best Is Yet To Come!!! Get In! Buckle Up!! & Hold On!!! It’s Going To Be A Wild Ride AND The Greatest Adventure!!!!!
Could anyone have imagined that for America’s 250th Anniversary, our national governmental leaders would celebrate, not only our Judeo-Christian History & Heritage, but that they would actually rededicate our nation back to God with Rededicate 250: A National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving on Sun, May 17th, the exact same date that our United States of America’s Founding Fathers called upon ALL Americans to join them in a National Day of Humiliation, Fasting & Prayer, in order for colonists to confess their sins, repent, and ask God to bless the American cause, preserve their colonies and restore peace throughout the Land on Fri, May 17, 1776?
Also, on Sun, May 17th, this year, our very own Dr Bill Manduca celebrated his Covenant of Marriage with his wife, Dr Judith Berg, a naturopathic physician (they only met for the 1st time in the Fall of last year) and now, together, they are working on creating and releasing the Vitality Institute to teach everyone how God designed good nutrition & how to heal and care for their Body, Soul & Spirit! As we have shared before, for the past 25 years, the NET has been cast over the nations, but NOW is the Time to begin pulling in the ROPE that will bring this NET together, wherein the backdoor to All the Major Spheres of Influence is the Family and the backdoor to Families is NOT today’s modern sickcare, but real God designed Biblical Healthcare.
On Mon, Dec 29th of last year, we had to close our Smart Oregon Solutions (SOS) – Technology Innovation Center (TIC) at the historic Lloyd Center Mall in NE Portland (since it was officially closing on Sat, Aug 8th) and move the TIC into our SOS Vancouver Offices & Warehouse. On Thu, Sep 3rd, our SOS Global Foundation will be launching our new SOS Smart City Academy (both in person & online, as well as in French & English), wherein students will learn how to bridge technical execution with real-world strategic impact. Each 5-week course is designed for leaders & professionals across all levels of the smart tech and clean energy sector:
- Municipal Planners, Developers, & Facilities Managers: Leaders driving urban growth or retrofitting smart offices, schools, hospitals, and residential spaces for higher energy efficiency.
- Sales Consultants & Energy Advisors: B2B and B2G consultants looking to effectively translate complex technical parameters into clear financial and strategic value propositions for decision-makers.
- System Integrators & Clean-Tech Contractors: Technicians and engineers responsible for deploying, connecting, and maintaining integrated IoT systems, clean lighting, and localized energy storage.
- Aspiring Clean-Tech Professionals: Individuals looking to launch a career in the high-growth renewable energy and smart technology sectors with practical, market-ready industry knowledge.
On Sat, Sept 5th, we will be celebrating 11 years of our weekly SWAT (See What Agreement Transforms) Team Prayerwalks (in person & on zoom) starting on Saturday mornings (7-9am) at the Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland! It has been an absolute honor to agree with our Father’s Heart for our City in the Heart of Portland, wherein our Father has blessed our time together, without it ever raining on us! For many years, we have published various Tips & Tools Prayerwalking Guides, but for this year’s Oregon Booth at the Great American State Fair in Washington, DC we released a summary of Words for our region, 2026 Oregon’s History & Future.
We are also very excited to announce, that in addition to our new websites, FatherLovesYou.com to share the Gospel from our Father’s Heart, “The Greatest Love Story!” and PapaLovesMe.com, so that anyone can grow deeper into their own relationship with our Father, becoming more like Jesus, His Son and walking in the fullness of His Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Sonship, our dear friends, Kevin & Shelly White in North Carolina, just published the new FathersHeartBible.com, so that you can hear our Father’s Heart in His Word every day!
Plan now to join us (purchase a Ticket or Table of 8) for our 25th annual Clark County Prayer Breakfast (at the Vancouver Hilton, 7am on Wed, Nov 18) with our Keynote Speaker, Jesse Bradley, Chaplain for the Seattle’s Soccer Team, sharing his “Hope Changes Everything” story, as well as sharing testimonies of what God did at this year’ 2026 World Cup Soccer Games outreaches! Also pray for a group of local business leaders & pastors that have been meeting together, as a new Leadership Council for the Good Friday Gathering and working towards relaunching our Portland Good Friday Breakfast on Fri, Mar 26, 2027.

About 3 years ago, we were asked to prayerwalk the Lloyd Center Mall, wherein our Father reminded us, that in the early 2,000’s, one of our Crawford Broadcasting KKPZ 1330 AM radio station partners, Bob Hill with Renewed Hope Ministries, received a Word that Revival and Awakening was coming to the Northwest, and especially Portland. He saw Revival Fires all over the city, in the shape of a large wheel laid over the city, wherein the center of the activities was the Lloyd Center District! Then after prayerwalking the mall several times, it was no surprise that Patrice Tsague announced that SOS was opening up a Technology Innovation Center, in the mall in Feb of 2025, and then he announced that I would be managing the TIC and all the non-profit organizations (at least 25 so far) for the SOS Global Foundation. Once in the mall, we discovered that the new owners, the Urban Renaissance Group had presented a proposal to the City of Portland in Sept of 2024, in order to redevelop the entire 26 acres into new streets, green spaces, offices and housing with retail stores on the ground floors (new tax revenue districts for the city), wherein the existing structure (including the beloved ice skating rink) would be completely leveled for the new redevelopment plans. On Sat, Aug 8th the mall officially closed (after 66 years of continuous use) & thousands of citizens showed up for the closing ceremonies. We did our last prayerwalk in the mall that morning & then discovered that during the last few hours, a Gospel Choir closed the mall in worship.
We have much more to share about what God is doing with the Lloyd Center Mall area, and will be able to announce various developments, as they transpire!!
But for now, during our weekly Group Gathering with our Heavenly Father on Fri, July 31, I heard the words, "The Genesis Mandate!" Then, over that weekend, Father God directly me to upload, into ChatGPT, the Audio Transcripts, PowerPoints & Excel Spreadsheets of my life's message (what I've been learning, writing about & teaching on for the past 50 years), as well as my Daily Inspiration Notes, from the past 4 years of spending several hours each morning, with our good, good Father. By the end of the day, on Mon, Aug 3, I had a rough draft copy of my 1st book, & by the end of Tue, Aug 4th, it’s 1st printed copy & cover page!
