SON 100 Golf Marathon - Launch Party with ProFund Northwest
This may sound crazy, and you may think we’re nuts, but WE WANT YOU to play 100 holes of golf with us on Saturday, September 6th at 7am at the Charbonneau Golf Club. With nominal participation from 40 volunteers, $100,000 or more, can be raised in the next few weeks to support Serving Our Neighbors (& even your own favorite 501 C3 non-profit organization).
We just need 40 passionate champions willing to help support SON.
We have made a commitment, and now WE NEED YOU! We are inviting you to participate on our SON 100 Team! We promise you, this will not take a lot of your time. We need volunteers who will commit to following the steps of this proven program, which will raise significant dollars for SON. You can even win some great prizes.
You can be a “SON 100 Participant”
Here is what we are asking each “Participant” to commit to:
- Show up on Saturday, September 6th at 7am [breakfast and lunch included] to play your 100 holes of golf! *Not as hard as it may seem, as we tweak the rule book, playing on the course all to ourselves, having some unique fun.
- Sponsor yourself for at least $1/hole, and
- Give your best effort to raise a minimum of $25 per hole ($2,500) from your spheres of influence. This is easier than you think as people will be more than happy to support you in your commitment to SON and your favorite NPO. This can be done in less than 5 hours. Here are all the tools that you need.
In addition, SON will split everything that you raise 50%, wherein half goes to SON and half goes to your favorite NPO (less our fundraising campaign expenses, ONLY 18.5%).
You can also be a “SON 100 Team Captain”!
We need 6-10 Team Captains to accomplish the above 1 – 2 – 3 and put together a team of foursome of participants (including yourself).
We have created a simple website for our SON 100 and it’s the key to our success. It’s the easy-to-use place- where you enter your sponsor’s pledge information. The goal is to get pledges from those you know: friends, family, colleagues, associates. Our site will send them a thank you note, tax deductible letter, and details on how/where they can send their sponsorship amounts. Easy as a tap-putt. Sign up HERE!
People give to People…all you have to do is ASK and we can significantly help SON to partner with Him to release radical collaboration, strategic prayer and the mobilization of hands and feet in this community.
Don’t golf or can't attend on Sept 6th? NO Problem! Just make a $100 pledge, reach out to your network asking others to match your pledge and then join us for lunch. Here are all the tools that you need. As a non-golfing participant, YOU can still win prizes and most of all make a BIG difference for Serving Our Neighbors (& your favorite NPO).
