Be part of a real solution to the moral and economic decay in our society and learn how to start your own church Biblical citizenship ministry called Salt & Light.
Salt & Light Citizenship Ministry provides a group setting for like-minded, concerned citizens to pray, become educated and take action on issues that directly impact our biblically-based values and constitutional liberties. Led by church volunteers, a Salt and Light Citizenship Ministry assists the Pastor through legal church-wide resources to preserve our Christian culture and encourage boldness on moral issues from the pulpit.
Turning America's culture around starts in your church. Matt Staver of Liberty Counsel states, "Pastors should throw away the muzzle of fear and replace it with a megaphone of boldness... America needs her pastors to once again speak up and address the religious and moral issues of the day. Pastors can preach biblical truths and educate their congregations about the critical moral issues at stake … without violating any IRS rules."
All the resources you need are provided by the Salt and Light Council. Join us as we network churches nationally and across Christian denominations to work together to pray and take action on the same issues at the same time. We can reclaim our Christian heritage for the next generation if we take our citizenship in America as a priority.
- Pray - Pray for elected officials and issues, legislation and spiritual renewal (Prayer ministry first!)
- Educate - Educate on issues, God’s 5 non-negotiable moral values, Constitution, Biblical worldview
- Take Action - Take Action on issues and legislation and in civic affairs
- Elections– Providing non-partisan election information, guides, platforms, voter registration
- Restoration– We repent and call upon God to restore our nation in accordance with 2 Chronicles 7:14
