Our special guest speaker for June is Kyle Sexton, a marketing strategist and founder of Fast Chamber, a business development firm specializing in membership organizations. Kyle was recognized as the 2007 Chamber Staff Person of the Year for the Western Association of Chamber Executives. In 2008, he created what is now ChamberPeople.com, the largest online social network dedicated to chambers of commerce. He's the creator of the Chamber SalesEngine, an online membership sales module for chambers of commerce. Kyle's innovations have been featured in The Wall Street Journal , Business On Main from MSN, and smSmallBiz.com from Smart Money. Kyle is the author of Remembership: New Thinking for Tomorrow's Membership Organization, and is working on his second book, Business Tips From Experts You've Never Heard Of.
Kyle is also the Director of Business Development for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, a private non-profit membership organization which works to ensure a strong local economy where businesses can prosper, and families can live, work, play and shop. The programs and professional staff of the Salem Area Chamber have been recognized nationally, including a 2009 Wall Street Journal feature of the Chamber's innovative web site, www.SalemChamber.org. The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce advocates for more than 1,200 businesses led by a volunteer board of directors who are dedicated to sustaining Salem's quality of life, and keeping our community and economy vibrant.
This meeting is designed for networking, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your business or organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker or round table discussion in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.

We are meeting at the Broadway Commons, Keizer Room, located at 1300 Broadway NE, Salem, OR 97301.
Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 7:15am, followed by networking until 7:30am. Then after a short presentation about the Christian Chamber, we ask everyone to introduce themselves, wherein we then have our featured presentation from 8am-8:30am, followed by a few announcements and networking until 9am.

There is a $5 Suggested Donation for Guests, Expired Members (& Members that have not yet renewed under the new Membership Plan, effective September 1, 2010).
Current Members (New & Renewals under the new Membership Plan, effective September 1, 2010) must RSVP so that they are not asked to make an additional donation at the door. These Members may also invite Guests, wherein the Suggested Donation for their Guest is $5 per person.
