Tim started working in the internet space in 1996 when he co-founded one of the first “dot-coms” in the lawn and garden industry. He went on to build one of the most successful e-commerce-only ventures in the space, having one of the highest-trafficked web sites in the industry, getting featured in Time Magazine, and building real revenues. The web site was sold in 2001.
After taking some time off from the internet industry, he returned in late 2007 to found thirdRiver. He has since provided leadership in the web design and marketing industry in Salem, Oregon and beyond by providing educational workshops, webinars, teleseminars, and web design services for small to medium sized businesses.
Tim is an active leader in the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and numerous other organizations. In his spare time he coaches high school boys soccer, youth basketball, and enjoys spending time with his family.
