Our special guest speaker for June is Jo Wold of InSync Northwest sharing about "The Practical Application of Character in Business" focusing on What does Good Character look like in action?, the 49 Character qualities, Growing a Business Culture anchored on God's Character & 3 Steps to Hiring the Right Person. Jo Wold is a professional Leadership Development Consultant and Co-owner of InSync Northwest, which started in 1998. She has 15 years in Management in the Health Care Industry & 15+ years as a consultant and trainer of Leadership Development (anchored on character competencies for companies who are committed to Excellence). She has 5 years as a contract trainer with Development Dimensions International (DDI) – an international leader in human resource training and development & her clients include both small and large corporations including: AT&T, Texaco, Ernst and Young, Toyota USA, Southwest Bell Company. Jo is authorized to teach Character First through the Character First Institute and earned her BA Management & Organizational Leadership at George Fox University. She also is certificated as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has a passion to teach companies how to hire the right person that shouts “excellence” to the rest of the world!
This meeting is designed for networking, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your business or organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting.
