Event Description:
This month's meeting will feature a First District Congressional Candidates’ Forum regarding the Nov 8 special primary election, wherein the following candidates have accepted our invitation to participate:
REPUBLICANS
• Jim Greenfield of Tigard
• Pavel Goberman of Beaverton
• Lisa Michaels of Beaverton
DEMOCRATS
• Saba Ahmed of Portland
• Robert Lettin of Sherwood
• Dan Strite of Warrenton
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.

We will be meeting at the George Fox University - Villa Academic Center, located at 501 Villa Road, Newberg, OR 97132.
Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 7am, followed by connecting until 7:45am. Then after a short prayer we will have the forum, followed by a few announcements and connecting until 9:30am.

Fees/Admission:
There is a $5 Suggested Donation for Guests & Expired Members. Current Members (under the new Membership Plan, effective September 1, 2010) have access at no charge, if they RSVP. Members may also invite Guests, wherein the Suggested Donation for their Guest is $5 per person.
