Brad Williams, Founder of Hamilton Lee Ventures, Brad is a Texan by choice and a Pacific Northwest craftsman by heart, balancing a dual career as an entrepreneur and a construction executive. As the founder of Hamilton Lee Ventures, Brad operates a custom home and woodworking business built on a sustainable, “tree-to-door” philosophy, taking raw timber and transforming it into meticulously crafted architectural elements. Simultaneously, he leads the West Coast Construction Division for Maddox Pro, a sister service company to Maddox Industrial Transformer, where he oversees complex industrial projects with the same dedication and precision that defines his artisanal woodwork. Brad’s life is anchored by his faith, his community, and his family. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Laura Lee Williams, a proud father to their six children, and a deeply loyal friend and coworker who is actively involved in his church.
Laura Lee Williams, Real Estate Broker Family is at the heart of everything Laura Lee does. As a proud Texan, who has fully embraced the Pacific Northwest, she has dedicated much of her life to raising and homeschooling their six children, while exploring the great outdoors together. Her commitment to family also extends to supporting her husband in the growth of his custom home-building and tree-to-table woodworking business. As a Real Estate Broker serving Southwest Washington with Legions at Premiere Property Group, her years of managing a large, active household and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest together have honed her professional capabilities. She is highly adept at navigating complex schedules, meeting strict deadlines, and maintaining meticulous attention to the fine print. Above all, she brings a level-headed, positive approach to negotiation—skillfully managing both the financial and emotional complexities of real estate transactions to ensure a seamless experience for all her clients.
Our Host is Patrice Tsague
Patrice Tsague is the grandson of King Johny Baleng I of Baleng Dschang, Cameroon. He is a preacher, business trainer, entrepreneur, international speaker, author, and kingdom business coach. Patrice specializes in helping families incorporate their faith into their business practice, ensuring that their business is able to exist beyond the third generation.Patrice is the co-founder and Chief Servant Officer of several companies, including the Nehemiah Project International Ministries, PG & Associates LLC, and Kingdom Business Coaching, which he founded with his wife and best friend, Gina Tsague.
Patrice has trained and coached over 15,000 individuals around the world on how to start or expand their businesses using business training and coaching principles found in the Bible. Through his training and coaching system, his clients have raised millions of dollars in funding capital, generated a combined income of over $100 million dollars, and created thousands of jobs.
Patrice is the author of several books and training curriculums including Biblical Entrepreneurship, which has an adult and youth version, Nothing but a Jar of Oil, The Buck Stops with You, and many more. He also publishes a weekly e-devotional and podcast for entrepreneurs and business executives that is distributed to over 10,000 individuals globally. He also serves on the board of several organizations including the Timothy Plan, Andco, Common Good Capital, and Cornerstones Christian Academy for Learning and Leadership. He and Gina have two beautiful daughters, Gabrielle and Danielle Tsague. Their family resides in Vancouver, Washington.
