Michael Holt is the Co-Owner of LinkIT Media Group and Co-Founder of the LinkIT Local program. He brings over 30 years of experience in marketing and operations, primarily in the casino industry. He began his career as a poker floor supervisor and worked his way up to become the General Manager of the La Center mini casinos, known as the Last Frontier and New Phoenix Casino, overseeing more than 425 employees, nine departments, and a multi-million dollar budget.
Locally educated, he attended Columbia River High School in Vancouver, Washington. His current skills include public speaking and leadership, with a strong emphasis on operations. He was recognized by the Vancouver Business Journal as one of the accomplished Under 40 early in his career, a testament to his leadership and impact.
Currently, he’s focused on the LinkIT Local program, which connects local businesses to the places and people that make a neighborhood thrive through digital screens in trusted local venues like gyms, cafés, bars, and other neighborhood gathering spots. This ensures that local businesses remain visible where real life happens, without replacing other marketing channels, just ensuring they are seen and remembered by the community.
Over the past five years, the program has engaged 3,500 small businesses and generated over $3.5 million in sales. Outside of his professional life, Michael is passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus, being a devoted father to his four children and a grandchild, and enjoying poker and golf. He also serves as a personal motivator and encourager for his friends and family.
Our Host is Patrice Tsague
Patrice Tsague is the grandson of King Johny Baleng I of Baleng Dschang, Cameroon. He is a preacher, business trainer, entrepreneur, international speaker, author, and kingdom business coach. Patrice specializes in helping families incorporate their faith into their business practice, ensuring that their business is able to exist beyond the third generation.Patrice is the co-founder and Chief Servant Officer of several companies, including the Nehemiah Project International Ministries, PG & Associates LLC, and Kingdom Business Coaching, which he founded with his wife and best friend, Gina Tsague.
Patrice has trained and coached over 15,000 individuals around the world on how to start or expand their businesses using business training and coaching principles found in the Bible. Through his training and coaching system, his clients have raised millions of dollars in funding capital, generated a combined income of over $100 million dollars, and created thousands of jobs.
Patrice is the author of several books and training curriculums including Biblical Entrepreneurship, which has an adult and youth version, Nothing but a Jar of Oil, The Buck Stops with You, and many more. He also publishes a weekly e-devotional and podcast for entrepreneurs and business executives that is distributed to over 10,000 individuals globally. He also serves on the board of several organizations including the Timothy Plan, Andco, Common Good Capital, and Cornerstones Christian Academy for Learning and Leadership. He and Gina have two beautiful daughters, Gabrielle and Danielle Tsague. Their family resides in Vancouver, Washington.
