Mini Transformational Leadership Series - Removing Constraints Within
Would you like to trade in your bottlenecks, roadblocks and barriers that negatively impact your personal and professional relationships, limiting your happiness, health, peace and progress for simple, practical tools that aim to teach, train and equip?
Get unstuck, move forward and reach your goals. In this mini Transformational Leadership class you will learn to constructively handle change, identify constraints, manage conflict, empower others, build consensus and unity to your vision and promote healthy interactions.
Local trainers, Marley Brown and Julie Sies will present the interactive sessions focusing on the TL tools that will raise your personal and professional leadership to the next level. Consider inviting friends and family who want to strengthen both their personal and professional relationships with a foundation based upon a "Social Covenant".
Classes will be held four Monday evenings on 6/24, 7/1, 7/8 and 7/15, 2013 from 6:30-9:00pm. The once a week format is great for busy schedules, plus it provides an opportunity to process and apply the material between sessions.
