Event Description:
This meeting is designed for networking, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your business or organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker or round table discussion in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.
Our special guest speaker this week will be Bill Malotte, the Teen Challenge Thrift Store manager in Albany. In the early 1990's Bill was one of Oregon's most wanted fugitives. He will tell the riveting story of how his life went from making Methamphetamines in motel rooms and high speed police chases to a conversion under a remarkable set of circumstances leading to becoming one of Teen Challenge’s biggest success stories. You will want to hear this life changing story in Bill's own words.
