Marriage Team Coach Training
How many times have you listened to someone in despair over their marriage and wished you could help? Well, you can!
If you are a Christian couple in a biblically defined marriage and meet the following criteria, you can become a coach couple for MarriageTeam:
- Have a healthy (good, but not “perfect”) marriage.
- Want to improve your marriage.
- Want to help others strengthen and save their marriages.
- Have a growing faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Can give one night a week for approximately 12 weeks at least once a year.
- Complete 24 hours of coach training and demonstrate reasonable competence as a coach couple.
Completing training does not necessarily mean you will become a coach couple. We find that about 80% of couples who complete the training do go on to coach another couple. Both you and MarriageTeam will gain better insight into whether or not marriage coaching is for you. Either way, coach training is a Marital Enrichment experience in itself!
Low Cost – High Value
Coach training is a $1150 -$2390 value when compared to similar training programs with 24 hours of training. These other trainings use predominately DVD, phone or conference call scenarios whereas MarriageTeam training is interactive and tools are practiced. The coach training is FREE for couples who come to the Vancouver, WA training in March & Sept/Oct. With more than 700 evaluations, coaches report an average 16% improvement in their relationship as a result of learning and practicing the skills taught during coach training.
