Event Description:

Stop hacking at branches . . .

While many leaders continue to tread against everyday organizational problems by hacking at the "branches" of their products, people and systems, what if you could be a better leader by striking the "roots" of these problems?

Branch hacking is why so many problems never get resolved AND why root striking is a transformational leadership practice that changes everything by restoring relationships, redeeming losses and empowering people to get totally free, live completely fulfilled, eliminate every useless fear and tear down self-limiting beliefs.

These vital leadership principles will indeed renew your mind, revamp productivity levels and restore broken pieces across your entire organization. Register NOW for the . . .

Originally built in 1918, the Crestview Manor & Conference Center is an historic landmark which has morphed into the modern day 50 acre retreat center with its striking views overlooking the Columbia River Gorge, and it's conveniently located only 30 minutes east of Portland, Oregon.  With the recent purchased by Tetelestai Ministries in 2018, their team has diligently focused on the restoration and rejuvenation of this ageless wonder.  Now with full accommodations for comfort and convenience, it's time to take advantage of an opportunity to develop skills, network with industry leaders and strike the root of transformation in both work and life for you and your team.

Special Guest Speaker

Erik Van Alstine is a humorous, dynamic communicator and strategic leader whose mission is to promote transformation in people and organizations around the world.  After graduating with an engineering degree from the University of Washington, Erik started an advertising communication company and grew it over seven years to near Inc. 500 status and multi-millions in sales before the age of 30. That year, his venture failed tragically, a story which Erik tells in his recently published personal finance program, Breaking Free.

In 1999, Erik picked up the pieces and founded an internet publishing company that grew to 1.5 million readers in over 180 countries around the world.
He is the founder of several companies, including a leadership consulting firm figure headed by Harvard Business School’s most recognized professor of leadership and his other companies have served several New York Times bestselling authors, company executives, and the largest retailers in the world.

Erik is the author of Automatic Influence: New Power for Leading Change, which traces the roots of influence and offers easier ways to change, and two upcoming books, The Motivation Equation: A Formula for Change in a Challenging World and The Code: Unlocking New Power to Solve Problems and Get Things Done.  Erik is also the author of Breaking Free, a personal finance program that is transforming families all around the world.  He is also founder of Project 28, a learning provider to non-profit organizations and teacher at Champions Centre, a non-denominational church in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Erik’s combination of experience in corporate learning and entrepreneurial leadership provides a unique and compelling perspective into the dynamics of personal and organizational transformation.  He and his wife Sandy have six children, have been married for twenty-seven years, and live in the Seattle area.

Lead Trainer & Facilitator

After a decade of building a $80M book of business in real estate sales, you might say Kevin Holtzman has learned a thing or two about leading people and the motivations behind human behavior when dealing with conflict, negotiation and problem solving.

Fascinated by why we do what we do, he's been helping people find mental freedom in both work and life to breakdown strongholds, reestablish identity, and see life from new perspectives.  In the end, leaders in both the marketplace and ministry are becoming totally free, completely fulfilled and eliminating self destructive beliefs holding them and their organizations back.
