Carl Casanova, M.S., is a highly sought-after success coach, author, course facilitator, and certified Strengthsfinders coach with the strengths Maximizer, Learner, Achiever, Arranger, and Futuristic.  He has made it his life mission to empower individuals, leaders, and businesses to maximize their strengths and be in alignment with their purpose.  He is a leading expert in providing professional development and personal growth to organizations and entrepreneurs that are ready for transformation.  He holds a Masters of Science degree in counseling psychology from Oregon State University.  As well as being CEO and founder of The Centre for New Vibe Training (2001), Oregon’s first school for executive and life coach certification, he is an adjunct college professor teaching communication and business classes.  He is renowned for his passion and motivational style and his message is geared to equip on-going success and professional development.  Carl is also the author of the books “What Every Successful Person Knows”, “Help I Am Angry!”, “Discovering Good Vibrations”, and co-authored “The Blueprint for Success” with Ken Blanchard, and Stephen R. CoveyCarl has served for over 20 years in the human development profession – as a certified seminar leader and keynote speaker, mental health therapist, teacher and Executive Professional Coach with Fortune 500 Companies.  Carl holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Oregon State University. Carl is the author of “What Every Successful Person Knows”, “Help I Am Angry”, “Discovering Good Vibrations” and co-author of “Blueprint for Success” with Ken Blanchard and the late Dr. Stephen Covey.  Carl is renowned for his motivational style and commitment to organizational professional development.  As well as founding New Vibe Training, LLC he is an adjunct professor at Portland State University, Multnomah University, and Portland Community College teaching communication, coaching, and business classes.  Carl is passionate about inspiring individuals and organizations to achieve excellence and realize ongoing success.

 

Joel Day is the first voice you are likely to hear when you call New Vibe Training.  Joel is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Core Values Index Facilitator, and Trainer. He is also the Business Administrator and a Mentor Coach with New Vibe Training.  He spent 17 years at Nike in various roles in Graphic Design and Production Art. It was there where he got his first taste of coaching through their Coach’s Clinic program offered to Managers. Joel started his own coaching business in 2008 to help people transform their lives by giving them practical tools that change their mindset and empower them to take daily actions towards their goals.  Joel is also the Chairman of his Homeowners Association and enjoys spending time with his wife, Linda, and their two beautiful grandchildren.
 




Julie Sies’ passion is to work with individuals and teams to build heart and character, creating alignment and success for every endeavor. She has over 30 years of experience developing teams in a variety of sectors, including non-profits, churches, government agencies, and small businesses.​  As an entrepreneur herself, Julie has helped launched Zeppidy, a real estate software enterprise; T&D Associates, a property management company; and Exponential Functions, consulting for a variety of organizations. Throughout her career, whether it has been for a public agency or a non-profit, she has served as a catalyst for growth and change—always building teams, programs, and processes in order to expand their reach. Julie has a passion to facilitate growth using Transformational Leadership as a backbone so that individuals lead at their highest level and companies are able to fulfill their mission and purpose.  Prior to her time with Transformational Leadership, Julie was Vice-President of Marketing for WeCare Oregon, which was a consulting agency serving the non-profit sector.  She holds an MBA from George Fox University, a BA from Chico State University, and is a Certified as both a Transformational Leadership Trainer, and Coach.  She is also a Graduate of the ICF Certified Coach through New Vibe Training.  Julie and her husband Dale have been married for 38 years. They enjoy two terrific daughters, two sons-in-law, and one very special granddaughter.

Coach Crace as he is called by many of his associates graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 1972 and then received his Master’s degree from Stanford University in 1973.  George has worked primarily in the field of education and sports for over 45 years.  He has been honored numerous times for both teaching and athletic coaching and was the NFHS Six-State Northwest Regional Coach of the Year in 2015.  He was named a National Football Foundation High School Scholar-Athlete and has been a member of the National Football Foundation, The American Football Coaches Association, The Oregon Athletic Coaches Association and The Higher Education Consultants Association.  Coach Crace serves as the founder and President of the Board for The Total Development Center a not for profit 501 (c)3 whose mission is to help ALL kids succeed through middle school, high school, and their post high-school college and vocational training programs.  He also serves as the voluntary executive director for the Oregon Chapter of The National Football Foundation.  Coach Crace has been a businessman since 2000 when he helped found The Total Development Center.  He also founded his own coaching and consulting agency Crace Consulting LLC.  He is a Certified Professional Coach through New Vibe Training an accredited certification program of the International Coaching Federation.   Coach Crace is also a certified presenter and advocate for 3 Dimensional Coaching.  George has been married to his wife Donna for 31 years and they have 4 children, 6 grandchildren and live in Wilsonville, Oregon.


Lisa Sindlinger holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University (1982) and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law (1992). She has experienced the nuts and bolts of running a business through a management position at the Oregon State Bar Association that included budgeting, pricing, program management, marketing, employee evaluations, and goal setting. Lisa has been a certified professional coach since 2017, specializing in bringing peace to people grieving a loss. This interest evolved as Lisa walked through the death of her 6-year old son and two years later, her husband. She credits much of her spiritual growth to 17 years in Bible Study Fellowship, where she has served on the leadership team, which included 10 years as a group leader facilitator. Lisa is thankful that Jesus Christ is her Lord and Savior and loves watching Him at work in people’s lives.
