Video games can be a lot of fun. However, the fun often is overshadowed and the video game console or internet games become something that takes more and more time and causes family conflict. This presentation helps us understand why video games tend to pull kids in to compulsive and addictive play. It also explores the nature of video game addiction and hot to identify concerning trends. Helping kids who play video games requires communication not only about wha they play, but what role it plays in your child?s life.
