Event Description:



Learn how to listen when someone is blowing up in your face.  This class will help you with your relationships and interpersonal interactions!!   You will also learn about how to empower your own boundaries for healthy relationships.  Bring your communication & boundaries questions.  This class is highly recommended to people of all ages. 
(Please bring lunch on Saturday.)
