George Fox University's School of Business - Executive in Residence Lecture

Our Guest Speaker will be Jack Dannemiller, speaking on “Authentic Christianity in Today’s Business World”.

Jack served as the chairman and chief executive of Applied Industrial Technologies in Cleveland, Ohio, prior to his retirement in 2000. In addition to his service at Applied Industrial Technologies, Jack had more than 28 years of service in executive leadership roles with Diamond Shamrock Corporation, SDS Biotech Corporation and Leaseway Transportation Corporation.
Jack continues to serve on the boards of U.S. Bank Corporation of Minneapolis, The Lamson & Sessions Co. of Cleveland, Pentacon Corp of Houston, and Cleveland Clinic – Western Region. Formerly, he served on the boards of Lutheran Medical Foundation, Greater Cleveland Growth Association, Cleveland Tomorrow, Red Cross, MidTown Cleveland and Bearing Specialist Association. In 1999, he received the distinguished alumni award from the Weatherhead Graduate Business School at Case Western Reserve. The following year, he was given the Gold Distinguished Alumni award from the Case School of Engineering. He has taught at the Weatherhead Business School at Case Reserve. He is cofounder and director of the Values Institute of America and coauthor of The Invitation: A Christian Journey in dialogue with Jesus.
The Reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the atrium of the Hoover Academic Building & the Lecture will begin at 7 p.m.
