What does a real local "Kingdom Business" look like? What does it really take to become one & how does one impact your local community?
Our special guest speaker for November is Tom Gillihan, President of Sterling Communications. “Loving our clients and taking unbelievable care of them” is how Tom describes life at Sterling Communications, the company he founded in 1997, which started out offering ISP services with filtered Internet access. Today the company offers a vast array of services and products designed to take advantage of new technologies such as SterlingVOICE™ a fully managed VoIP phone system for business and and SterlingDESKTOP™ a new fully managed cloud computing virtual desktop solution. Sterling's goal is to deliver innovative state-of-the-art technology without the hassles commonly associated with it and deliver over-the-top customer service in their managed services suite.
What Tom enjoys most about his job is thriving in a Kingdom Environment. In 2010, Sterling hired George LaDu as their corporate Chaplin. This represented a shift in their priorities and an endeavor to surrender all for Jesus and make Him priority one in everything they were doing. The results have been amazing, a true change in the atmosphere at Sterling and an amazing thrust forward in the business and the Kingdom.
This "Lunch & Learn" meeting is designed for connecting, wherein you are invited to introduce yourself & your organization to other members & guests before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber during lunch, as well as a special guest speaker in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.

We will be meeting at the Old Spaghetti Factory, 730 SE 160th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684
Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 11:30am, followed by connecting until 11:45am, wherein lunch is served at 12noon. Then after a short presentation about the Christian Chamber, we will feature one of our Non-Profit Organizations from 12:15pm-12:30pm and then our special guest speaker from 12:30pm-1:15pm, ending with a few announcements and connecting until you need to leave.

Fees/Admission:
The RSVP meal charge is $15 for Guests, Expired Members. The Non-RSVP meal charge is $20 at the Door. If they RSVP, current Members have access at no charge. Members may also invite Guests, wherein if they RSVP, the meal charge is only $15 per person. If they do not RSVP for their Guest, the meal charge for their Guest is $20 per person.
