Event Description:


Our speaker this month is Mark Adams, the owner of Supervinyl Signs and Banners.  Mark will discuss what it means to minister in your own backyard, and how to be an effective influence on your community.  

Mark grew up in Salem, graduating from North Salem High School in 1977.  He then received his bachelor's degree from University of Oregon.  After getting married, Mark founded Supervinyl Signs and Banners in Salem in 1989, and has been running his business ever since.  

In addition to his role in his business, Mark is a firm believer in doing ministry in your community.  This view has been shaped in large part by growing up in a family that was very actively involved in Young Life, as Mark's father Dave was very active in establishing Young Life in Salem.  Mark has carried the Young Life philosophy of ministering to those around you into his business, his community, and his relationships.
