Christian Chamber - Salem/Keizer Meeting
Are you a Bare Naked Leader? Maybe you are and don't even know it. Bare Naked Leaders have more influence, provide more holistic leadership and inspire improved results in themselves, their teams and their organizations.

Our special guest speaker for April is Kevin McCarthy, Chief Strategy Officer and Bare Naked Leader for Inpower Solutions Group, Inc. He is an active member of the National Speakers Association and is dynamic and humorous motivational speaker with a powerful message on Bare Naked Leadership. Kevin empowers people to make the right choices to create positive change in themselves and others. Bare Naked Leadership challenges our paradigms and worldviews. Some say attitude is everything. Others say our words can change our reality. All true in context. However, Bare Naked Leadership is the foundation upon which these other principles stand.
Kevin has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, trainer and corporate executive. He has held key executive positions in publicly and privately held organizations and is experienced in sales, marketing, product development, operations, HR and sales and leadership training. As a veteran entrepreneur, Kevin is a seasoned business strategist. He helps small business owners across the globe develop and implement strategies to increase revenues, reduce overhead and experience less stress. He has also been contracted on several occasions to identify new markets and build new divisions within larger, national companies. He has started seven of his own businesses, selling three of them with substantial returns. He sold his dot-com business and became a paper millionaire for a brief moment. "Paper" and "brief" are the keywords.
Kevin enjoys making his bride of 27 years laugh. They have two grown children and a Canadian, soon-to- be, son-in-law. Kevin accepts that he will now be singing both National Anthems. As a hobby, Kevin plays competitive, amateur pool (billiards) and is a regional referee for the Amateur Poolplayers Association. He donates some of his time to the business community doing no-fee presentations for non-profit organizations when his schedule permits.
