Event Description:
Do you have impactful tools to tune up your organization? Are they tools that will result in demonstrated improvement that everyone can see? Would you like some easy-to-execute tools that will impact the backbone of your organization?

Our special guest speaker for March is Rick Campfield, who recently joined the FSH Consulting Group, most noted for their Transformational Leadership training. He brings his consulting expertise to the group, having founded Cadence Development in 2008. His practice is based on the premise that every company, department, employee and customer has a unique way of conducting business; a unique and sometimes disjointed cadence. Imagine what can be accomplished with the entire team on the same page - the same cadence.
Rick is a seasoned executive with experience in sales, marketing, operations, human resources and finance. Prior to starting Cadence Development, Rick held the key positions of Chief Operating Officer at US Digital, VP Strategy & Development for CCI Automated Technologies, VP Sales & Marketing for Evergreen Aviation, General Manager for Siemens, and Director of North America for Johnson Controls. Rick consults both individuals and businesses and has been a keynote speaker on numerous occasions.
A life-long learner, Rick recently earned his Masters in Business Administration with honors from Willamette University Atkinson Graduate School of Management, with an emphasis in Integrated Strategy. Rick has his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a graduate of Siemens Leadership University. He holds several board positions at private and non-profit companies. He and his wife of 28 years have 3 girls, 1 son-in-law, and 2 grandsons. A farm boy, Rick was born and raised on the Yakima Indian Reservation in Harrah, Washington, working with his father and three brothers. He enjoys golf, tennis, drum playing, yard landscaping, and dates with his wife (when she isn’t flight attending).

Did you know that 17 million children right here in the US don't know where their next meal is coming from? We’re one of the most amazing countries in the world, yet we can’t feed our children. At ACN, that’s just not acceptable! By working with the Will Play for Food Foundation, ACN has joined the fight against childhood hunger. ACN Customers simply purchase and pay for services they are already using anyway, and children get fed. Ending childhood hunger isn’t just our wish – it’s our responsibility.
