Our special guest speaker is Anthony Martirano, Manager Employment Resources Northwest at Shangri-La Corp. He will share about their program of training, skill development and life management curriculum, "for people with economic challenges." Anthony has been a Workforce Development, Sales & Program Management professional with over 12 years of experience, involved in all aspects of business and community relations. He has learned to be a skilled presenter, motivator and negotiator adept in creating unique approaches and programs that drive business growth, increase productivity, and deliver strong, measurable, and sustainable results. He has also served many roles from a team member to team lead to program manager in charge of multiple teams. Along with supervising and coordinating work activities of team members, he has provided guidance and coaching tips to help assist managers and program participants with appropriate workplace culture. His ability to develop strong meaningful relationships with both employers and influential community members has been the core of success in the programs he has led.
