Our special guest speaker for July is Steve Stratos, Senior Consultant of the Wellspring Group (since 2009) and an expert in creating compelling and productive cultures within organizations. He consults with senior leaders – and their teams – regarding how to build and encourage healthy work environments, especially where the businesses are going through significant transition.
Steve has a passion for corporate education and training programs, as well as all other aspects of professional staff development. He is a gifted communicator speaking to the hearts and minds of business leaders. His understanding of a values-driven style of leadership empowers others and brings greater productivity & he also has considerable cross-cultural organizational experience.
In 2012 Steve co-founded Givington’s.com. Their mission is simple, yet profound: “We exist to give. Every transaction is a giving event. We bring transparency to all giving calculations. We protect our customers from paying above market price. “
Along with the work stated above, Dr. Stratos is also Associate Professor at Western Seminary and a certified International Coaching Federation coach. He is also certified and is an expert in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) technology – both in terms of that tool’s usefulness with individuals as well as team. In addition, Steve has done a lot of teaching and coaching on Patrick Lencioni’s material, including 5 Dysfunctions of a Team.
