Leaders often chase the delusion of balance while seeking the valuable goal of health – 360 degrees.
Our special guest speaker, Dr Jared Roth will address how to craft an intentional life of purpose. Drawing from his expertise in emotional intelligence and leadership, he will lead our conversation of a truly good life. Jared is a business coach, educator, pastor, and leader. He draws from 25 years of entrepreneurial, management, reorganization, consulting, pastoral, and academic work, to accelerate the starting and growth of businesses and churches. Jared has started a church and many businesses, directed the effective starts of several hundred churches in the United States, and trained leaders from 34 counties on 5 continents. As a corporate executive, he led a national reorganization of a $55,000,000 entity with branches in all 50 states and 7700 employees, and served as the COO for an organization operating in 130 countries. As a business consultant, he provides business growth expertise to young rapidly growing companies.
Jared holds a Doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University and a Doctorate of Divinity, building on previous degrees in Business Management, and Leadership. Jared serves as the Director of the MBA Program at George Fox University, where he teaches strategy courses. He and his wife Ann, co-pastor Evergreen Christian Center in Hillsboro, OR.
