Michelle Moore is the Founder and Director of Empowered Focus, a professional training company focused on assertive communication skills and self-defense workshops. Michelle is a graduate of George Fox University with a Bachelor’s Degree in organizational leadership who became a martial arts expert in 2001 after experiencing abuse in her own personal life. It was the verse, II Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” (NLT) that absolutely transformed her career and life purpose. Later Michelle’s gifting expanded her niche as she went from the martial arts mat to the whiteboard and began teaching, instructing and presenting to schools, women’s ministries, business organizations and co-ed corporate groups. Her topics include communication, conflict resolution and self-defense workshops. Michelle is passionate about her calling and attending her presentation will surely deliver a one-two punch toward greater communication awareness, personal safety, and moving into positive resolution within your work environment. This will be an amazing presentation that you will want your friends and co-workers to embrace with you!
