Our special guest speaker is Dana Clinton, a professionally certified coach, business consultant, and speaker whose diverse experience brings a unique and multidimensional, generationally inclusive perspective to her clients.
For the past 10 years, Dana has focused on employee engagement, and has worked in operations, human resources, and customer service with diverse companies all headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. As a coach and consultant, she has partnered with leadership teams on a variety of topics, including corporate culture, emotional intelligence, leadership/management training, and integrating multigenerational workforces.
Founded in 2014, Vibrant Cultures (VC) is the passion project of Dana. VC partners with companies to help them fully engage their generations and assist them in meeting the growing needs of today’s employees. Lack of engagement is common and costs companies employee productivity, turnover, and loss of talent. Dana is especially passionate about companies that love their employees, turnaround opportunities and companies in a growth mode that need to evolve their culture without losing what makes them unique.
Her presentation will focus on (4) objectives:

2. Why is it vital (cost, ROI, impact)
3. How you get intentional?
