Event Description:
Our special guest speaker for May is Matt Payne of Social Bridge Media. After working for a small business, a Fortune 500 company and some non-profits, Matt founded Social Bridge Media to help businesses, government agencies, and non-profits understand, develop and implement smart social media strategies. Matt keeps up on the ever-changing social media world and is able to communicate it to his customers in ways they can understand and implement.
Matt is currently on the Board of Directors for the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber's Candidate Endorsement Council. He is also on the Board for Beaverton Together, a Beaverton substance abuse prevention coalition. In the past, he has served on the Beaverton School District Technology Task Force as well as the Beaverton Family Resource Center Advisory Committee. Matt also serves as the Campus Pastor for Sonrise Church's Beaverton Campus. Matt, along with his wife Cindy, is an avid Portland Trailblazer (and Oregon Ducks) fan. They have two children, both in high school, and reside in Beaverton, OR.
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.

We meet in one of the Conference Rooms of the Education Center at Adventist Health, located at 10123 SE Market St, Portland, OR 97216
Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 7:15am, followed by connecting until 7:45am. Then we ask everyone to introduce themselves, followed by a short presentation about the Christian Chamber, wherein we then have our featured speaker from 8:15am-8:45am, followed by a few announcements and connecting until 9am.

There is a $5 Suggested Donation for Guests & Expired Members. Members must RSVP in order to register at no charge. Members may also invite Guests, wherein the Suggested Donation for their Guest is $5 per person.
