Event Description:
Most people know that they should set goals that are specific, realistic, and timely. But the question is… “how many people actually do that?”  Unfortunately, people do not achieve the successes in life that they are capable of because their goals are not clearly defined. Their goals are all too often vague and lofty.

Our special guest speaker is Eric Howard, Founder of The Next Phase Coaching, LLC is a Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and past Board Member / Treasurer for the Northwest Coaches Association.  In this interactive discussion / presentation, Eric will be sharing practical tips on how to empower yourself  by setting goals that are not only SMART goals, but SMARTER and more attainable than ever!

Eric is a Business and Career Coach.  He brings to his coaching practice, over 20 years of working with business owners and executives. He helps them to analyze, plan, and execute their goals so that they will achieve and maximize profitability, while at the same time, enjoy the life they want. What a great balance!  Eric has owned several businesses. He has successfully transitioned from being burned out and working (just for a paycheck), to rediscovering his purpose and reigniting his passion with a new career in the coaching industry.

Eric’s motto is: "Your purpose is our passion" and he is passionate about helping small business owners and mid-career professionals, in overcoming the obstacles that keep their businesses from flourishing. He excels at empowering his clients to experience fulfillment in their careers and personal lives. He helps them to reignite and rediscover their passion and purpose in their work.
