A successful business model is great but do you have a successful Kingdom model? As Christians in business we're called to be salt and light, but if salt is not salty what good is it? Every decision that you make either has a beneficial or adverse effect on you business. Your collective decisions shape the strategy, effectiveness and culture of your organization.
Our special guest speaker for March is James M. Helms of Formitus, who will briefly introduce you to the 10 Ten Stage Journey of defining your business model and creating a strategic plan. Consider the role of a designer, an artist or architect. James believes that business and design are synonymous. As a business leader, the entire world is a canvas where your creativity should thrive. Business leaders hold the keys to designing an organization that works well or fails well.
Formitus is a business with a mission to equip entrepreneurs in creating successful businesses through lean start-up methodologies, business modeling and strategic planning. But first and foremost he is a follower of Christ as well as a member of a team of Navigators that partner with church leaders to develop generations of disciples where they live work and play.
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.

We meet at the Oregon State Office Building, located at 800 NE Oregon St, Portland, OR 97232. (Near Max Line)
Parking is available at U-Park ($3.00 - 1st Hour, $2.00 - 2nd Hour), Liberty Centre ($2.25 per hour) & in the Oregon Square (Street Meters at $2.00 per Hour).

Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 7:15am, followed by connecting until 7:45am. Then we ask everyone to introduce themselves, followed by a short presentation about the Christian Chamber, wherein we then have our featured speaker from 8:15am-8:45am, followed by a few announcements and connecting until 9am.

There is a $5 Suggested Donation for Guests & Expired Members. Members must RSVP in order to register at no charge. Members may also invite Guests, wherein the Suggested Donation for their Guest is $5 per person.
