Our special guest for September is Clyde Holland, CEO of Holland Partner Group & he will sharing about how he has applied Christian principles to his daily business activities. The Holland Partner Group is active in developing, redeveloping, constructing, acquiring and managing multi-family communities with strategic partners in the Western United States' most sought after investment markets. Prior to establishing the Holland Partner Group, Mr. Holland served as the West Coast Group Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Residential (TCR).
Within the multi-family industry, Mr. Holland has taken a significant lead in the development of new multi-family product concepts focused on high-density, urban infill, mixed use opportunities. Mr. Holland has directed the development or redevelopment of over 30,000 units and over $5 billion in transaction value for communities located in the Western United States. Mr. Holland serves as an executive board member for the National Multi Housing Council and Multi-Family Council Leadership (Bronze Flight) with the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also serves as ULI's District Council Vice Chair for Oregon and Southwest Washington. His accomplishments include Dexter Lake Union, Multi-Family Executive’s Market Rate Project of the Year, M Street Seattle's High Rise of the Year along with Riverplace Square, ULI Runner Up for Excellence and Lionsgate, which was recognized with the Vision 2020 Award.
As part of Holland’s strategic planning efforts in 2005, the decision after considering the economic landscape was to cease development operations. Holland's last start pre-financial-crisis was January 2005. In 2010, also as part of Holland’s strategic planning process, a land acquisition fund was successfully launched. This early site control strategy has resulted in 8,000 units of the very best core urban infill early cycle development opportunities in the Seattle, Portland, Denver and southern California markets.

We will be meeting in Conference Rooms C & D of the Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital, located at 2211 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686
Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 7:15am, followed by connecting until 7:45am. Then after a short presentation about the Christian Chamber, we ask everyone to introduce themselves around 8am, wherein we then have our featured speaker from 8:15am-8:45am, followed by a few announcements and connecting until 9am.
