She leads a variety of coaching workshops and provides tools to increase confidence, motivation, and achieve goals. She provides leadership coaching to corporate groups (ie: Nike and Wells Fargo), and works one on one with clients to improve their careers, balance their lives and relationships, clarify and reach their goals, and be their best. On a personal note, Kim has been married for over 30 years and has three grown "kids." She has a heart for kids in trouble and currently volunteers with CASA for Children. In addition, she is a proud Big Sister with the Big Sister/2nd Chances program. Originally from California, she now lives and works in Portland, Oregon.
