Event Description:
Our special guest speaker for September is Marc Boldt, Clark County Commissioner. Marc was born at Memorial Hospital in Vancouver and has spent his whole life here. He graduated from Evergreen High school and then attended Yakima Valley community college. He was raised on a dairy and beef farm in the Proebstel area where his brother still farms. He drove concrete mixer truck for Aphis Ready Mix until the recession in the 80s. He then bought a berry and dairy farm in Hockinson and operated it for over 15 years selling fresh market blueberries thought the west coast. While farming he got involved in government and lobbied farm issues in Olympia.
Marc then decided to run for office and won as a state representative for the 17 district for 10 years. During that time he sold the farm and again drove mixer truck for Rinker Concrete. In 2004 he ran for County Commissioner and has been since been in that present. He has participated in several mission trips to Albania and Mexico which changed his life for the service of His Lord and Savior.
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.

We will be meeting in Conference Rooms C & D of the Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital, located at 2211 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686
Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 7:15am, followed by connecting until 7:45am. Then after a short presentation about the Christian Chamber, we ask everyone to introduce themselves around 8am, wherein we then have our featured speaker from 8:15am-8:45am, followed by a few announcements and connecting until 9am.

There is a $5 Suggested Donation for Guests & Expired Members. If they RSVP, current Members have access at no charge. Members may also invite Guests, wherein the Suggested Donation for their Guest is $5 per person.
