Event Description:
What can take place when the lines between business & ministry become totally blurred? What changes can occur in a business when it becomes the focus of specific, targeted prayer?

Our special guest speaker is Blake Schellenberg with Co-Labor Ministries. Blake and his wife, Linda are serving a growing number of churches, ministries, business leaders and “many just regular people” who have partnered for spiritual revival. Together they lead a network of marketplace leaders “releasing the kingdom of heaven” in and through businesses, via a lunch/prayer meeting called “Co-Labor Lunch.” According to Blake, Co-Labor Ministries serves as a catalyst for helping people step into their destiny as powerful men and women of God. He also works in the Portland business community as president of a commercial insurance brokerage; his wife is involved with women’s prison ministry. Both of them travel, minister and speak to groups. Blake is a 1983 graduate of Clackamas High School and received a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing in 1987 from Seattle Pacific University.
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker or engaging discussion in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.
