Let's talk about “Mindful Leadership: The Art of Thinking and Leading Well.”
Our special guest speaker is Aaron McMurray, Vice President for Institutional Advancement and External Relations at Warner Pacific College, where he oversees fundraising, athletics, alumni and external relations and planned giving. McMurray’s work at the college allows him to apply his passion for Christ-centered, ethical leadership to seeing positive transformation in the lives of young people. After 12 years with the Young Life ministry and then five years working at Whitworth University in Spokane, he moved with his wife and four children to Portland for the Warner Pacific position. McMurray completed a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a doctorate in leadership studies, both at Gonzaga University in Spokane.
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker or engaging discussion in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community. After the meeting, we will pray for any pain in your body or business & let the Holy Spirit minister healing & restoration.
