Our special guest speaker for May is Kevin Ferguson, the new co-owner of the Willamette Valley Christian Supply. As God’s mission continues, Kevin will share a part of His amazing story as He orchestrated a plan for his family, work and ministry. The principles he learned over the past several months will encourage you as together, we step by faith into God’s redemptive plan for our communities. Kevin & his wife, Krista see Willamette Valley Christian Supply as both an important business in the community and also as a ministry. As Kevin puts it clearly: "We exist for the purpose of connecting people—churches and individuals—with ministry resources that can help meet their needs, that they might grow and know Christ." Both Kevin and Krista have seen the impact of a Christian bookstore on the life of the community, and want to respond to the clear call of that community to keep these resources available for the Willamette Valley. They have four children: Kirstie (16), Hannah (14), Caleb (12) and Joshua (5). Kevin graduated from Multnomah Biblical Seminary with a Master of Arts with a specialty in Family Ministry and served as a youth and family pastor at the First Baptist Church in La Pine, OR for seven years and the First Baptist Church in Corvallis for 7 years.
