Our special guest speaker for January is David Schlachter of Crossroad Resolution Group, LLC. David will share a faith based approach which relies on values and principles from the Bible and gives hope to even the most difficult situations. Come & learn how this plan will help you address personal responses to conflict, relational issues within a team or organization; systems which contribute to or become triggers for conflict, and alter your conflict response culture. These steps lead to resolution of conflicts can help individuals and organizations experience reconciliation resulting in relational harmony, organizational integrity, practical solutions, and spiritual health.
David is an experienced attorney, mediator, arbitrator, and instructor. He helps individuals and their organizations with complex business disputes as well as organizational and leadership conflicts, using a transformative, faith based model. David?s extensive background in serving businesses as an attorney for 30 years, and full time work providing mediation and arbitration services, provides him with the understanding to help in challenging situations. His background and experience allows him to help clients address the issues which are threatening their ability to lead their organizations and businesses, while also helping individuals repair and restore relationships necessary to reach a lasting resolution.
