Christian Chamber - Greater Vancouver "Lunch & Learn"
What we measure, grows. When we take the time accurately measure anything, we change behavior. Every business has key performance indicators (KPI’s) that identify whether a company is moving in a positive or negative direction. These metrics help owners and stakeholders stay accountable, make better decisions and move more quickly; driving the company successfully forward.
What are your key performance indicators? Join Dave Chin for this important workshop in KPI’s. We’ll use Verne Harnish’s Rockefeller Habits metric tool to help you understand what’s important and how to measure it.
You’ll:
- Identify your own company’s KPI’s
- Assign a team member responsibility for each KPI
- Identify results and desired outcomes

Our special guest speaker is Dave Chin, a business coach and owner of BusinessCoach of Oregon.
