Event Description:

Being Online in 2016: Social Media, Digital Presence & Your Organizational Goals

Now, more than ever, your organizational impact in 2016 will be intertwined in the social media and digital space. As new platforms are introduced determining what's appropriate for you, your audience and your team, there remains an ongoing need to filter and eliminate, so your outreach and brand image is focused and effective.

Join us in January for the Christian Chamber Lunch & Learns to hear the latest from those who provide these services to clients and how they recommend choosing the correct vehicles based on your goals.

Tim Fahndrich, President of Third River Marketing, grew up as an MK (missionary kid) and is the youngest of 5 brothers. He is a serial “idea guy” and first began working in the internet space in 1996 when he co-founded one of the first “dot-coms” in the lawn and garden industry. He and his wife Pam (of 23 years) started Third River Marketing in 2007. He is a sought-after speaker on topics such as social media and reputation management. Tim has been an active volunteer leader in the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and serves as a mentor to other digital marketing agencies around the country. He also recently “retired” as the varsity boys soccer coach at Western Mennonite School after 7 years to spend more time with his family.

Roger Courville is a multi-book author, webinar expert, and an internationally sought-after speaker on how to create authentic connections with remote audiences. By night he volunteers as the President of National Speakers Association of Oregon, as a taxi driver for his three kids, and as a guitarist for any band unlucky enough to ask. See his full curriculum vitae or learn more about connectorship.

Roger Courville has been called “the Michael Jordan of online presentations and virtual classes” and “the ultimate content marketing weapon.”

Most of the time, though, he’s a just an exceedingly normal guy who speaks, trains, consults, and writes about psychosocial effectiveness when communicating via web/audio/video conferencing (e.g., webinars/web seminars, virtual presentations, webcasts, virtual classrooms).

A veteran of the web conferencing industry (since the modem days of 1999), Roger has taught tens of thousands people worldwide, and he’s reached tens of thousands more with writing appearances, interviews, and while sitting in airports.

His 2008 white paper “Five Keys to Moving Training Online” won TrainingZone.co.uk’s Reader’s Choice Award for “Top Download of the Year.”

What else should you know?

  • He’s not a big fan of the word “webinar,” but he’s smart enough to use it on this blog for SEO purposes.
  • His future-thinking keynotes about trends, connectorship, and the impact of technology on relationship are more like pragmatic training sessions than “talk at you” keynotes.
  • His life calling is helping people have aha! moments, master new skills, and rock new stages.
  • He’s a good husband and dad, bad guitarist, and pretty much eats anything.
