Drawing upon years of coaching experience, Daniel offers leaders a coaching system to more effectively develop teams and achieve results with meaning. In 1999, he founded Ministry Coaching International to equip ministry and non-profit leaders to improve their leadership, teams and impact. Daniel lives in Lake Owego, OR, with his wife where he actively serves his community as a member of non-profit boards, an elder at his church and a mentor to those seeking his leadership advice. He is the proud father of four children and is an avid surfer.
