Event Description:
Our special guest speaker for July is Elizabeth Thompson, President and founder of Mighty Women of Vision. Elizabeth is a true Oregonian, residing in Eugene, not too very far from her birth city of Corvallis. As the youngest of eleven children, she learned early on the message of unity: all for one and one for all! Sharing everything was just a way of life. Today she still lives passionately by that rule to further God’s Kingdom work. Her understanding of the benefits of unity coupled with Elizabeth ‘s entrepreneurial/visionary spirit were fertile soil into which MWOV was planted in 2008. This entrepreneurial and apostolic spirit continue with the increasing development and growth of Mighty Women of Vision. She and her wonderfully supportive husband Joe have been married 35 years. They have three beautiful daughters and six grandchildren to dote upon. Throughout the past 20 years, Elizabeth and Joe have held key roles in many ministries with her involvement focused mainly upon women and children which carries through into the mission of Mighty Women of Vision. Elizabeth authored two books in 2011, Isaiah: Fearlessly Birthing Vision and companion book, Isaiah: Fearlessly Birthing Vision Vade Mecum along with the 2012 release of Ignite My Fire, Lord!, all of which are available at EmbracingAspirations.com.
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.

We will be meeting at the Eugene Hilton, located at 66 East 6th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401.
Date/Time Information:
Check in starts at 11:30am, followed by connecting until 11:50am, wherein lunch will be served at 12noon. Then after a short presentation about the Christian Chamber, we ask everyone to introduce themselves, wherein we then have our featured speaker from 12:15pm-12:45pm, followed by a few announcements and connecting until 1pm.

Fees/Admission:
The RSVP meal charge is $15 for Guests, Expired Members. The Non-RSVP meal charge is $20 at the Door. Members must RSVP in order to register at no charge. Members may also invite Guests, wherein if they RSVP, the meal charge is only $15 per person. If they do not RSVP for their Guest, the meal charge for their Guest is $20 per person.
