Our special guest speaker for August is Rick Oneal, a Certified Professional & Executive Coach. He is the President of TeamAha, providing teambuilding, leadership training, and coaching. He also serves as the President of Foundations for Tomorrow; a non-profit group teaching personal growth and development by profoundly challenging people to change the quality of their lives.
Rick has been training, leading and coaching teams for over 20 years. His background is in sales and management including: Residence life, golf course, retail and now a non-profit. He is an international speaker and the author of the soon to be published book on Courage and Confidence. He has been a Prepare/Enrich© Facilitator for 20 years and a Facilitator for Foundations for Tomorrow and TrueYou for the past six years.
Rick enjoys golf immensely but says he is much better at strategic board games. He lives in Tigard, Oregon with his wife Heather, and the owner of the house – Cali the cat. “I believe that we should all ask the question ‘if better is possible, is good, good enough?”
