One of the biggest mistakes business owners make is trying to do everything alone. To combat this error, first and foremost hiring and training the right employees is key. In addition, leveraging strategic partner relationships is an often overlooked multiplier.
So what is a strategic partner? A strategic partner is another business or leader with whom you enter into an agreement, formal or informal, that aims to help both of you achieve more success. This powerful relationship can empower your marketing, access to capital, and greatly enhance your brand reputation and more.
At our Christian Chamber Lunch & Learns in February we learned from each other as we mined & unpacked the insights & resources (the precious metals & stones) God has buried deep inside of each of us throughout our life & work experiences.
Now, let's dig deeper with one of our Beaverton Team Leaders, Brian Hoffart . . .
Brian Hoffart grew up in a construction family and began helping his Father build homes at the age of 13. Combined with his work experience in property management and real estate sales, he has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Construction. Brian also has 13 years experience in the computer industry. He started his computer career working as a computer programmer/operator, then moved into network administration and management and eventually started and ran his own computer consulting company.
Brian is currently a Principal Broker with Weichert, Realtors-Elite in Beaverton were he specializes in residential resale, multi-family investment and fix and flip investment properties. His unique background and knowledge brings a balance of computer technology, construction, sales and marketing to help understand, market and demonstrate the benefits of home ownership and real estate investment.
He is also the President of In His Presence Ministries, a Christian ministry proclaiming the full Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world through the power of the Holy Spirit. Its passion is to call God’s people back to Him and take the glory of God, as revealed through His Son Jesus Christ, to every people group in the world. Working with Churches and like-minded Mission Organizations their strategic objective is to reach the unreached through the use of traditional and non-traditional festival style evangelism, mobilizing the Church, welcoming unreached immigrants and refugees and transformational humanitarian missionary endeavors they strive to proclaim and show God’s love to those who have never been told the life changing salvation and eternal life that is made available to them through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
This meeting is designed to help you build your network, wherein you will be invited to introduce yourself & your organization during the meeting, as well as meet with other guests & members before & after the meeting. There will also be a short presentation regarding the Chamber, as well as a special guest speaker or engaging discussion in regards to a topic designed to help you Connect, Learn, Grow, Save &/or Engage with your community.
