What? Portland's Christian Social Dance Association's ""Back to the Eighties" Social Dance
Why? Because Jesus gives us REASON to Dance!
Who? Everyone, all ages. Because everyone can dance.
It's Educational! Yes, even you can dance. Not convinced? We also have an Introduction to Social Dance Class, a semi-private class designed for persons who have never been on a dance floor before. It is available by reservations only and is held before the doors are open to the public. It is free with admission to the dance. RSVP
A great break from work, you need a rest!
Make it a Date Night, Singles Night, or Family night.
It's up to you!
Here is the schedule for Portland's Dance Night:
6:50pm: Ballroom opens to the public
7:00pm: Drop-in Social Dance Lesson this month is The Hustle with Professional Dance Instructor: Jen Miller
8:00pm: Social Dance with Tim Veach, DJ. Includes Swing (East Coast & West Coast), Ballroom, Latin, Country Western, and Club dance music.
All dance music is written and/or performed by Christian artists. This month the majority of Christian Dance Songs will be those popular in the 1980's. Eighties dress attire may be fun, but we'll never tell you how to dress! Come dressed how you will feel comfortable and enjoy the evening with us!
